BreastLogic does not use thermography or electrical impedence imaging
(or ultrasound or X-ray). At BreastLogic, we use Computerised Breast Imaging (CBI), provided by the American company “ SureTouch”. This equipment relies on the physical property of tissue elasticity to objectively record hard masses contained within the breast tissue. The technology is scientifically based and its accuracy has been reported in peer reviewed literature.
BreastLogic use this technology to promote the current approved Breast Awareness message for women of all ages and not for diagnostic purposes, nor to frighten patients nor give them a 'malignancy risk profile'.
